I just heard an audio on a Macro Podcast and I loved it. Your video cracked me up! I've been wanting to get back into macrobiotics...

I'm your new fan girl :)

I've got a not-quite-macro food blog myself at healthyshabbat.com

I'd be happy to add more macro stuff there if I can figure out stuff that fits the requirements of shabbat.

Brad Pitt veggies! You the MacroBombGirl. I love to see what you are doing Jessica! So entertaining and insightful. Zach and I have been eating so much better since we got your book.

I have passed your video (and book) on to my Dad in Missouri where he will no doubt pass you around his neck of the woods.

You're right carrots do talk!

LOVED IT!!! Plus, it was so FUN to 'meet' you in person, sort of. Speaking of which, I am begging ... come to NYC and cawl me. I'm past my nervous breakdown from the first book! And well - almost normal ... well not.

xoxoxo, janice from the hood

Hello, I originally discovered your book about 3 or 4 years ago when I was gung-ho in macrobiotics. I loved it then, and am now picking it back up again. Today, I made the Mushroom Barley Soup, but with a few alterations. (ie: I used a mix of grains: amaranth, millet, buckwheat, sesame, etc; I threw in a couple of soaked shitake mushrooms at the very beginning, and a little mirin at the end of cooking.) It is AMAZING.
referring to your video: I am happy to see that I am not the only one that gets so excited in the kitchen. :)
Thank you for your energy.
