I wonder why we humans always go back and forth with things. I know myself, when I find that wonderful Romanian Sheep Farm feeling, I guess maybe I start to take it for granted, and I start eating in a typical American way, even though I have felt happier and healthier than ever before when I'm eating healthy/macro. It must be one of those eternal mysteries of my life that I will never figure out (or maybe I will) but I need to just keep riding along with the struggle fighting the good fight. Happy New Year!
