  (I'm a beginner cook). When you say to let the tofu turkey sit for an hour while making the gravey, is it sitting in the warm, turned off oven, or did you take it out of the oven? I wouldn't want to dry it out but I didn't want it to get cold either so I wasn't sure what you meant.
 
  Love your on-line cooking classes...great for us beginners with ADD who don't absorb information from books well :)</description>
